Travel Nurse Housing, Temporary housing. Hello I am a homeowner in North Stockton that rents my very nice, furnished rooms to travelers if anyone is coming my way. Will consider a longer term tenant. I am located in a safe, quiet neighborhood in close proximity to both the 99 and 5. I am about 15-20 minutes from San Joaquin General (French Camp) as well as 15 min to St.Josephs, Dameron and Lodi Memorial Hospitals. All utilities included, two refrigerators, cabinet space, alarm system, keyed locks on bedroom doors, off street parking. Ceiling fan and blackout blinds in both rooms, loveseat, tv, dresser and desk. Beautiful outdoor spaces, bikes available for use during your stay. No smoking (of any kind), drugs or parties. MUST LOVE DOGS. Can only accommodate one person per room. Prefer day shift tenants. Can work out long term if both parties are in agreement. No pets. Must be fully Covid vaccinated and have the card to show.
