The home is located in a great area of Rancho Cucamonga. There’s Vons, Stater Bro’s, and plenty of restaurants near by. The home itself is located in a nice residential neighborhood where everyone is friendly. The home consists of 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Everyone has their own. It’s a 2,000sqft single story home with a large kitchen. The room fits a queen or king and has a good size closet.

Two roomies! I’m a full time Real Estate professional and the other is a full-time nurse. We both are clean and respectable. The house seems to be great for relaxing as we both are in our later 20’s and work our butts off! It’s a great home for the individual that wants a safe, relaxing home to come home to after a long day and week of work/activities!
