This apartment is centrally located. 15 minutes from downtown la, hollywood, culvercity, westho. Has a parking space in koreatown which if you know koreatown, is gold. Its spacious, roommates are both quiet, and smoke-free. Room comes with a queen bed. The lease is up after 3 months so consider it a 3 month contract, and we’d renew for a year if we all get along. There is a 25 dollar application fee and the water utility is included but gas and electric are not. There is coin laundry on site as well as some citrus trees

Breakdown: 875 monthly rent 860 deposit 25 dollar application fee 25 dollar gate remote fee (if you have a car) Plus utilities (~60 per month per roommate)

My roommate(29) and i(26) are looking to share our space. My hobbies include basketball, writing, hiking, chess, working out, cooking. We both like to keep things quiet and respect the living space.
