This brand new home offers everything you need for a luxurious and comfortable stay. The room settled in a huge, beautiful, quiet, well equipment townhouse which is neighboring with very safe, peaceful place next to Alhambra main road, 5 mins drive to the south Pasadena.

It’s a very safe, convenient , friendly neighborhood , within 5 mins walk you can reach to Supermarkets, pharmacies, all kinds of restaurants, cafes, bakery store, gym, banks, IMAX cinema, shopping mall, parks, hair salons, spas, clinics etc.

Me and my sister live in the same building, we have 8am-7pm work. We respect your privacy or be available at reasonable hours to answer any questions. We have a small cute cat live in this Townhouse, she is gentle and quiet.

We are very easy going, hope we can all get along as well. Communication is the key! 🔑

Only long term guests (6 mos, 1 year or more w/ a month advance permission of leaving) can share our full kitchen facilities.

You can always use washer and dryer in the garage.
