5 bedroom house on a quiet cul-de-sac, plenty of parking, has private 1st floor entry with a small patio, 15 ×13 large room with a small refrigerator, decent size closet and a private bathroom (sink & toilet only, the shower and Jacuzzi tub is upstairs). Smoking of any kind is your business, but please keep it outside on the patio, behind the fence. Large, inside, Laundry room outside the door.. Neighbors on that side have 2 teenagers, so be mindful of that when outside talking your guests. A QUIET couple is negotiable.

Shared with 4 adults, quiet and respectful, no drama or loud music, social drinking, must clean up after yourself in the kitchen and shared areas, “leave it how you found it”.
