Seeking a clean and responsible roommate (Male or Female) to share spacious 3 bedroom townhouse in Lehi with 2 other single professionals.

The interior of the townhouse is beautiful furnished with nice couch, a big screen TV and new appliances. The kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel utilities, and much more. The bedroom is not furnished.

Internet, cable TV, washer/dryer. Ideal location in heart of silicon slopes, close to many new tech companies (oracle, ancestry, adobe, Micron), the outlet mall, shopping (harmons, smiths), and restaurants (tsunami, R&R bbq, cafe rio)

Clubhouse with pool and exercise room.
Room is available January 1.
Rent is $450 plus utilities ($50) with a $400 security deposit. Please no smoking, no drugs, and no heavy drinking. Shoot me an email or text with any questions or to set up a time to come look at the place.
