Trisha's room

The house is in a quiet, newly developed neighborhood. It is a 2 story house that has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths with minimal backyard space. There is ample parking available as well. The room is unfurnished with big closet space and the house also has an in-unit laundry room. I’d be happy to share more details about the place if you are interested! Please note: some of the images I have posted are of the current house and the room pictures are from the model home because my roommate still has her things in the room. Hello! I am a young professional female working for the State, non smoker, living in W. Sacramento. I am very clean/organized. I have two cats and would prefer a roommate without any pets.
