Big and Sunny room in Cozy apartment. King size bed with big wardrobe and vanity with plenty of drawers. Bathroom and kitchen is shared. Located 5 minutes walk from the lake shore, parking in the street very easy if you park before 9pm. Old building in very good condition, 3rd floor with elevator. There is Pool and laundry in the building. 3 Minutes walking distance Lucky Supermarket and 5 minutes car distance to Trader Joes. 15 minutes walking distance to Lake Merritt Bart Station (really beautiful walk).

I am looking for someone clean, tolerant and easy going. I am originally from Spain and a startup co-founder so I work a lot! I would prefer someone that would work or study away from home since I already work from home part of the time (living room). I am 420 lover and I enjoy after work conversation and cooking dinner, or even watching a tv show sometimes. The apartment is around 600 square feet so I like to keep it organized. We will share bathroom, kitchen and living room (I sleep in the couch). Internet, Netflix, Amazon and P&GE is included. I am a very happy person, easy going and drama free, I like to eat healthy and to exercise regularly …I am looking to find someone more or less with the same lifestyle.
