I’ve recently bought a lovely ranch home, 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath. I am seeking someone to rent one side of the home with a private entrance. There is a private den with a gas fireplace, a private room with a 1/2 bath attached and you will have access to a full bath in the main hallway plus the kitchen. The property has a hot tub, pool with a wrap around deck, yard and fire pit for rest and relaxation. The street is quiet and walkable and 1 mile from grocery stores, restaurants etc. It has great access to I-40 as well. I work at Vanderbilt and the commute takes 25 mins.

I am in my mid 40s, work in healthcare and I’ve lived all over this country in the last 20 years prior to being in TN (AL, CO, NY, CA, USVI). I like being active, lead hikes for the Sierra Club and enjoy live music as often as possible. My boyfriend does come into town 1-2 times a mo and I go see him 1-2 times a mo in East TN. I work 3-11p so I would love to find someone with a slightly different work schedule so we both have a sense of quiet. I’d consider my self easy going and I like a clean and tidy space.
