Amber's room

This room is for temporary tenants, 1-3 months. Ideal for traveling nurses etc. It is a very quiet, safe, and clean house. The room is a downstairs bedroom near the front door. It has a connecting bathroom to both the room and the hallway for guests. You will be the only roommate using this bathroom, I just need it unlocked for occasional guests. Wifi and utilities included. Laundry and kitchen use okay. Single adult occupant, female only. Pets and children negotiable. No smoking, drug use, or excessive drinking. Month-to-month House is located in a cul de sac between Merle/Floyd and Oakdale rd/ Roselle.

I am a 32 year old professional woman with a 7 year-old son. We have our own area upstairs so you won’t see us very often. There is a second room downstairs that is being rented out to another female.

I do get a lot of inquiries so if you do not mind please tell me a little bit about yourself in your initial message. I am looking for a female renter who has a fulltime job. No couples but children are okay.
