Olentangy Point

The townhouse is in the heart of the Olentangy Point cul-de-sac. It has three bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen (with a built in pantry), a basement, two full bathrooms (the room that is for rent has an ensuite bathroom), a half bathroom, and a built-in washer and dryer. The kitchen includes an oven, a microwave, and a fridge. The bedroom for sublease has a walk-in closet, a smaller closet, and an ensuite bathroom. All the utilities for the hydro, electricity, and WiFi is included in the $545 fee. The living room also has a Smart TV provided for free.

The area is relatively quiet, as a lot of the residents living the neighborhood has more families and graduate students. The area is also walking distance to restaurants like Condado’s, Lavash Cafe, Harvest Kitchen, etc., a 6-8 min walk to Giant Eagle, a 2 min drive to Valvoline, and a 6 min walk to a COTA bus stop.

The other two bedrooms and the basement are occupied by three women. They are pretty quiet and respectful, and very clean and neat.

As for me, I’m a clean person. The bedroom is in great condition and I love maintaining a clean household overall, so anyone who subleases my room will enjoy a clean and tidy apartment and bedroom.
