About one mile from Chico State(must be a student).There is a pool, volleyball courts, and basketball courts. I also have some furniture I would give for free if interested. Lease ends June 30, 2020.

There are three other nice and clean girls living there. Everyone gets along really well and is good about doing their part to keep the apartment clean. Everyone who lives in the apartment and apartment complex are chico state students.
