Utilities include water, power, gas, sewage, Central AC, WIFI, and maid service to all the common areas, even the bathrooms!

About the roomies
Mainly USC students and some young professionals. All students love living at the property because it is a great place to study and socialize. We have quiet hours in place along with more general house rules to keep the place clean and organized.
