This house was constructed early in December 2019. It’s a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 1700 sq ft single family home. All single story homes surround it, on a very private and quiet street in the back of the neighborhood. The neighborhood is extremely safe and all houses are less than 5 years old. Just minutes from both the 202 & 60.

Master suite and central bedroom are both occupied. One bedroom is available. The bedroom available has a small walk-in closet. Rent is $800 for an unfurnished room. Utilities, which includes Electricity, Gas, Internet, and Water/Sewer/Trash, are not included in the rent. They will be split between all roommates.

You will be sharing this house with one woman and one man. They are both very quiet and work full time Monday-Friday. There are also two well-mannered indoor cats, occupying the master suite located at the back of the house. This is an ideal house for a person looking for a peaceful, quiet, calm lifestyle with no drama.

The master bedroom has it’s own private bathroom, the two other bedrooms share one common area bathroom, which will be required to be kept clean by all people. This is a clean house and everyone is required to clean up after themselves (per terms of the lease agreement).
