We have two fully furnished bedrooms with shared bathroom (double vanity) on the second floor. Guest room #1 (king Bed) is $1500, Guest room (queen Bed) #2 is $1200. Also, a loft area where you can spend your time relaxing and watching tv. Our amenities include: karaoke, pool table, ping pong, and Classic Mario Arcade with thousands of games, gym in the garage, also access to the community gym & pool. Nearby attractions include the Amphitheater, Shopping Center, Water Park.

My wife and I just recently bought our newly construction home. I am a Veteran and she’s currently still active duty and her Dad lives in the bedroom downstairs. We’re very friendly and opened to meeting new people.
