Single family home in gated community. Small pool and lanai. Private bedroom with own bathroom. No signage permitted on vehicles. Roommate must be neat, clean and respectful of home and those in it. Iām not antisocial, but tend to spend my time to myself.
About the roomies
I live alone with my 8-1/2 pound Havanese. He is very friendly and loves everyone. If you have a small, non-destructive, very friendly dog, I would consider allowing a dog.
