About the room
My roommate and I are looking for the perfect person to take over my part of the lease until July 1, 2020- with option to sign again!!! We live at Steele Road- feel free to google the complex to see all the community amenities that will be available to you. Beautiful club house with a starbucks machine, a full gym, and package room + a huge heated outdoor pool. I am moving to NYC and am willing to move out ASAP. I am flexible. Our apartment is on the second floor facing St. Joesphs campus! Beautiful, sun-filled space. I am really going to miss this place. Very Quiet neighbors! Non-smoking community and no pets have ever lived in our unit! My current roommate is 24- young professional. She is quiet and clean. I will miss her!
About the roomies
The Steele Road community is spectacular. The club house often puts on happy hours and other seasonal events. This is a great opportunity to live in the complex without paying too much!
