About the room
It’s a 2 bedroom 2.5 bath property. Private bed and private bath. I am potentially looking at the Kings Crossing Apartments - 2Bedroom 2.5 Barh with Fenced In Yard and Dec / Lower Rec Room. I will furnish the rest of the house. I can also furnish the 2nd bedroom, if the person signs up a long term lease and is okay with the hike in the rent!
About the roomies
I am a 24 year old, will be moving from SFO,CA to Richmond. I am currently working for Google. I am a Data Scientist by day and movie enthusiast by night. The move would potentially be in the Mid of Jan or by the beginning of February. Like to be active but also like to chill. I am planning on getting a dog in near future. Very private, super-clean and respectful to others. Have lived with several roommates in past.
