I’m looking for a Female person. One person. ( NO COUPLES )Its a one story home, NON smoking ( this includes no smoking weed) , Its a super nice an clean house, very quiet home and decorated very nice. Its for that person that will rent it and for me. The area is very friendly all the neighbors we know each other and we look out for each other. I’m looking to share the house with a clean person, I’m very meticulous with my cleaning and my things , so If you are MESSY we would not work out. I must say this “ BATHROOM MUST STAY CLEAN“

The house will be for you and Me . The house is cozy and very clean. I’m a professional with a full time job always working and busy with my life, I need someone that can pay the Rent, take care of the house like its your own and be easy going. Room is ready to view , . Also I want someone that can pay the Rent on the 1st, not the 2nd or the 3rd I need the rent deposit to my account on the first of each month. *** If you can’t afford the rent do not contact me , we are all struggling and I will not lower the rent ** the price is listed for you to decide if its affortable.
