Plus lots of living spaces throughout this huge private home, full access to basement, large deck and big back yard, with private packing. Also close to most public transportation and schools. It’s a must see to appreciate .

It’s my private home , I don’t like a house to be messy . I don’t want any smoking in the house, neither, do I want people that don’t respect themselves or others . It’s very important to know that under no circumstances,We do not eat in the rooms . And everyone needs to clean up after themselves.
