I am a good landlord, communication is key, I am Gay and Gay roommate would be preferred but if you are open minded and live and think in the 21st century we will get along. You must be employed, responsible, pay rent on time, clean and must clean after yourself. No smokers, drugs users, alcoholics, convicted felons. Looking for long term, only 6 month + minimum will be considered. Quiet area, room faces back yard, room is furnished, quiet household. This will be a month-to-month. The 750.00 includes all utilities, basic cable and internet.
