Renovation has gone way past what was promised unfortunately. This virus hasnt done much to help either, I’m sorry for the extensions but theres nothing I can do. New open date is end of july.. maybe.. or if I find another place I like then I’ll update with that instead.. again, very sorry for the waste of time..

$300 refundable deposit + $650 to move in and must be paid on the first of the month or the date of moving in and so forth thereafter. Internet hot spot, electricity and heat included

The room is in a 3rd flr apartment with new appliances, and is un-furnished. Currently under renovation, the room is medium size on the left for $650 a month or the room on the right which is slightly larger for $700 a month. The $650 roo. is conventionally the living room so I do ask that the thermostat be kept at around 60° during the winter.

Key notes- *No smoking inside, 420 ok. I smoke sometimes. I’m not a drinker. *No extremely loud music and it is not a socializing spot to bring friends over reguraly. My kids safety is priority #1. *No drug dealing *No pets like cats, dogs or fish. *You must keep your area clean and any messes made cleaned up *this is a month to month rent situation, rent is due at the beginning of the month or day of move-in. I’m not about to kick anyone out for being a few days late but after 2 weeks the deposit covers it and can be recouped back to a refundable deposit if you settle up the months full rent. you buy your own food
