Rent is $900 per month + utilities (water, electricity, gas, trash and internet; the bills will be divided equally among the tenants in the house). You will be sharing the bathroom with 2 responsible females. Kitchen privileges includes the appliances, cookware and dining ware. Washer and dryer are in the garage.
