Home is completely outfitted with Wi-Fi which is included along with all utilities. Wired internet is also available in the room and is POE capable. The bedroom for rent is a 10x11 room with attached walk-in closet. Your room would be located on the second floor. Bathroom comes with dedicated dual sink area/cabinet storage, with a separate room for toilet and shower/bath area with on demand hot water circulation system. All common areas are fully furnished but we can accommodate one or two items. We have you covered even for dishes, cups, etc. All you need to furnish is your bedroom. We have a full size four-door refrigerator and an additional large deep freezer. Plenty of street-side parking available.

The neighbors here are outstanding as well. First place I have lived that literally all of them came to introduce themselves right after we moved in. The moment we walked into this home we loved it.
