I need to move and looking for someone to take over my lease! Available right now. You would be leasing the master bedroom of a 2/2 on first floor at Promenade at Uptown Apts. Base rent is about $650 + $5 parking then add utilities, electric and internet (we don’t have cable we use Netflix) total ends up being about $750 a month. No washer and dryer in unit but facility is in building Next door and brand new appliances. Payment is also super easy for the w/d. Private parking space directly outside of Unit which is on ground floor, pretty hard floors throughout except for bedrooms and I’ll have carpet professionally cleaned. PM me with any questions. I can send actual pics of unit through PM as well. YOU WILL HAVE TO BE ADDED TO LEASE AND QUALIFY THROUGH APT COMPLEX WITH INCOME AND BACKGROUND. There is an apt application fee of like $50.

The roommate is a professional female in mid 20’s with two small dogs that are confined to her room most of the time. Looking for another professional male/female no dogs cats can be discussed.
