Hello everyone! I’m looking for a female housemate. I’ve got one room for rent in a 2 bed, 2 bath condo, with shared living space. Newly renovated kitchen and bathroom. Huge room, with plenty of storage space in closet with giant mirrored doors. There’s a wood fireplace and a washer and dryer in the unit. Located in Arden Hood Condominiums, a lovely gated community, which includes two pools, and covered parking. Rent is 780$, plus 40$ if you want a covered parking spot. Utilities and Wi-Fi are not included. Must be okay with cats. 7 minutes away from Sac State. 2 minutes away from the Arden Fair Mall. Close to both free-ways. Background/credit check required and paid for by applicant. This is a month to month lease. Utilities are split between you and the other person, and not included in the rent.
