My house is located in the western branch area. Pretty decent neighborhood. The chesapeake square mall is about 10 minutes away. There is other shopping that is closer along with many restaurants and supermarkets less than 5 minutes away. One of the ODU tricities campus is also about 5 minutes out.The room is furnished, the rent(650) includes all utilities and internet. The bathroom would be shared between you and one other person. You also have access to the kitchen just clean up after yourself. I also have a garage if you need some extra storage space. I’m looking for someone who is clean and drama free. There is also a washer and dryer for laundry. I dont want couples so please dont message me if you are trying to move in with an extra person. If you have a kid that visits on weekends or whatever thats fine with me. But again keep in mind i have 2 large dogs. They are friendly but the jump out of excitement.
