$600/570 per month to start, but will go as low as $470 a month, all utilities included. Why? Because we want to help you out financially. We are looking to help out females that are early in sobriety and struggling with the $1,200 to $1,500 a month for sober living homes. So I want to give you a break, and some free help (described a little lower). This is not an actual sober living home, but more a transitional living home.

Again, this room is for females only.

The room is fully furnished with sheets/towels/etc., color coordinated plates/bowls/bed so you know what’s yours, WiFi in house, TV room, full use of kitchen, peaceful balcony, access to laundry, completely DRAMA FREE environment (and we want to keep it that way), no house manager breathing down your neck, no micromanagement of your life.

The bus stop is only a quarter mile away. All shops: Ralphs, RiteAide, Ross, Chase, Down Town San Juan Capistrano etc. is all less than a mile away. Use your time here to save money!!

Your initial rent will start at $600/570, and will drop every month all the way down to $470. This is to incentivize you to stay longer and to pay on time.

Ideally you have at least 4 months SOBER and are transferring here from another sober living (we can still speak if you 4 months sober, but that is the minimum). IF YOU ARE STILL IN TREATMENT, you must have 180 days sober and have your current case manager or therapist give must me their personal recommendation that you are following a solid program. This is my home, and not a typical sober living home, and we want you to be somewhat established in your sobriety.

Roommates are females, age range between 18 to 65, but right now all women are in early 20’s. there are 2 bedspaces available. Drama free environment! Girls are all working full time and active in their recovery.
