Gracie's room

Hey there! My name is Gracie, and my roommate Alexandra and I are Looking for a third roommate to move into a house with. The house will hopefully be four bedrooms but will have three at minimum, we will prorate rent based off of who shares a bathroom or has a smaller room (if applicable). We have a cat and a dog that are both very friendly. The rent is not set in stone, but you will be responsible for your portion of the rent as well as 1/3 of the utilities including internet, electric, and water. We are currently on the hunt looking for our new home instead of the town house we currently live in, it will be in the Lake Norman Area :)

My roommate Alex and I are both females in our mid twenties, I am A teacher and Alex is an engineer. We are both very chill and relaxed, love hanging out together, but also enjoy our private time. We get along very well and are looking for someone to join us!
