You’d be taking over the lease for $983 a month! Lease ends May 12th, 2020, with the opportunity to extend upon discussion with management. The complex is entirely gated with 2 resort-style pools, 2 gyms, BBQs and a dog park. There are multiple garages and open floor parking. (Can upgrade for reserved parking, if requested)
