About the room
This is a large room on the second floor of my house located in a new subdivision. Room comes fully furnished with plush queen-size bed, dresser, nightstands and desk with chair. Your very own private bathroom. All utilities included, smart TV, wi-fi, shared kitchen, feel free to use either coffee maker (Keurig or traditional). Keyless entry, alarm system, and video surveillance on premise for security.
No Smoking, No Overnight Guests, No extra storage, No Shoes To Be Worn On Carpeted Areas. Quiet hours from 10:00pm-8:00am.
First month’s rent, last mont’s rent, and $500 security deposit required at lease signing. Lease term is month-to-month.
About the roomies
I work as an electrician and a truck driver, which often requires long hours and a lot of travel. That being said when I’m home I love to just chill, watch a few movies, play a little guitar, do some reading, or tinker in the garage. There is also one other male renting another room in the house.
