Two bedrooms are on 3rd floor (one is the bedroom for rent) and one bedroom on 1st floor. Each bedroom has its own en-suite bath, no shared bathroom other than guest bath on second floor.

Shared kitchen, guest half bath, and living space is furnished on 2nd floor. In condo washer dryer.

Keyless lock on your room for security and privacy. Gated community. External Nest cameras monitor the home security.

No smoking. Single occupancy. No pets. No drugs. Employment verification, credit check, monthly income 3x rent, and reference checks required.

West Oakland developing area. 1.5 miles to Emeryville stores, .5 miles to freeway entrances.

The homeowner, and one other renter live in the three bedroom home. Each bedroom has its own private ensuite bathroom. We are clean-living, respectful, quiet, Covid safe, professional adults would prefer similar renter for third bedroom. One roommate travels frequently and is not there often.
