Your own private furnished room with queen-size bed in a two-bedroom apartment located within walking distance to stores, shopping centers, schools (elementary, Middle, High, and adult schools), parks, trails, restaurants, purified drinking water, YMCA, recreation center, and public transportation. You have full access to the kitchen, can cook any time you want, and are welcome to eat my food. No one who lives in this apartment community has a criminal record. It is a safe, friendly, family-oriented community with children playing in the playground. In the many years that I’ve lived here, I have never had any problems with anyone. All utilities and internet are included, and a deposit is required. If you are female and willing to share my room with me, you can stay for free. We can move to central or northern San Diego if you wish, under the same terms. No long term lease; month-to-month agreement. Please let me know if you have any questions. In order to live in this apartment complex the residents had to pass a criminal background check including having no record of being a sex offender. I have never had any problems with any of the people here, so I ask the you please do not bring any problems here. I am a professional person and well educated; I have degrees in Finance, Economics, and Real Estate; I studied at Cornell and Harvard University.
