We are looking for a roommate that can move into our beautiful home. The home is located in the hills near Southridge Village in Fontana. It is a very peaceful place! You can go hiking and biking as well. The view in the backyard and front yard is fantastic. If you’re interested, you can get a full room, shared bathroom, and shared common areas in the living room. You are welcome to use the kitchen, and laundry is available. There is plenty of parking spaces in front of the house. A washer and dryer are included in the house. Central AC and heat work like a charm! The backyard is fenced, and it is an excellent place for entertaining. The neighborhood is very safe. There is a nearby plaza with a grocery store, a bank, and restaurants. Also, there is a park less than a mile away, including a public swimming pool, basketball, and a tennis court. Behind the house is an excellent place for hiking. All we ask for is serious inquiries only. To qualify, we will need a background check and credit history.

We are working professionals. The house is very cozy, and it’s located in the most beautiful location in Fontana.
