About the room
Looking for someone to take over my lease in January. Good sized room with your own office and bathroom. Preferably someone age 18 to 25. Nice house very close to BSU campus 5 bed 3 full bath. Office comes furnished with desk, chair, and nightstand.

About the roomies
All roommates are full-time students at Boise State. Everyone is very tidy and respectful to one another. All roommates are over the age of 21. Everyone is very easy to get along with and enjoy snowboarding, the outdoors, hiking, and video games. Three of the tenants are from out of state and one is a local from Boise. Everyone evenly splits utilities (gas, electric, internet) every month. We all enjoy watching football on Sunday and playing sports outdoors.
