About the room
A comfortable, private room on the second floor of our family home is now available. Convenient to Villanova University and Penn State Great Valley Campus, if you are student. If you work in the city (Philadelphia or New York) we’re 5 minutes from the Paoli (Amtrak and Septa) station. Close to West Chester, Devon, King of Prussia, Wayne, Paoli, Malvern, Bryn Mawr, Haverford and Ardmore. Free street parking is available. The room comes with a queen size mattress, 2 large cabinets, 2 closets, desk, and chair. The room includes all utilities (electricity, water, wireless internet) and you would have access to the washer and dryer along with the kitchen, and back yard. You’d be sharing the large bathroom with 2 young girls, so females only. The room is currently furnished, but if you would like to bring your furniture or need additional storage, you can store your items in our basement or attic for an additional fee. About the roomies
You will be living with a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 girls under 10) and 3 quiet hypoallergenic small dogs.
