This room is the second bedroom in an apartment that is 1100 sq ft. The room has a sliding door to a huge patio. It’s the end unit at the very back of the property so it’s very quiet. Your private bathroom has a stand up shower and skylight. You have a walk-in closet. There is private carport parking with gate remote access. 2 pools and an exercise room. We have our own washer/dryer in the unit which is AWESOME! I can take the security deposit in 2-3 payments.

I prefer a non-smoker, but if you do smoke, it will need to be outside on 1 of the 2 patios. I’m a very tidy person so the common areas would need to stay clean. I do not care how messy your own room is, but dishes and trash must be taken care of and not left out. As far as sharing a living room, I watch shows like Forged in Fire, Ancient Aliens, Chopped, Naked and Afraid, Counting Cars….anything educational. I rarely watch news or sitcoms. I love to cook and grill, so expect to eat good food.
