About the room

Brand new 4 bedroom home with every upgrade imaginable. Full unfinished basement if you need storage, plenty of room there. I have 10 and 11 year old sons who are here 50% of the time. Hard to justify such a large house and rent given kids are only here half of the time, so just looking to rent a room to help with the rent so I feel better about staying. The house is awesome, come check it out. My lease is good until April 2028

About the roomies

As mentioned I live here full time and my two younger sons are here 50% of the time. We are homebodies, but also go up north and travel a bit. If we develop a friendship you would also be able to come up north with us etc
