There is one room available at luxury condo complex Webster Tower and Terrace. The unit is a 3 bedroom 1 bath and you will be living with two other roommates, who are both 26 year old males working in tech. Rent is $1200 and does not come with a window. NEED MOVE IN BY APRIL 1st

We are just steps away from the famous Fillmore Street corridor of fabulous restaurants, retail shopping, the movie theater and Japantown. Public transportation MUNI Line just around the corner. The bus line 38 goes direct to downtown financial district. Close to BART Station.

I’ve already moved to New York, but I need someone to take over my room. The roommates you would be staying with are both 26-year professionals in tech (one even works at Playstation so who knows maybe you can get yourself a free game or two). They’re both respectful and love to have a good time!
