I am looking for a roommate/housemate. Room for rent for $650 per month and includes everything. It’s located near the corner of Princess Ann Road and Lynnhaven Parkway in Virginia Beach. The room measures approx. 13’x13’. In addition it has a standard size closet. I am able to offer some additional storage in the garage and/or attic as well. I have a 1 full bath upstairs as well as a 1/2 bath down stairs.

This is a 2 story home that is approx 1300 square feet with a single car garage attached. I live in it, but only home 3-4 months per year ( I have another home in another state that I frequent. In addition I do a lot of traveling for my work). I have no pets in the house. There is a fenced in backyard and a storage shed with some space available too.

Lawn care will be provided.

House is fully furnished and you would have access to everything. Additionally, I have a second full size fridge that will be for you.

I have a dishwasher, garbage disposal, electric stove, microwave, and tons of cooking equipment (I love to cook :-))

Full size washer and dryer is also provided.

Looking for a low key laid back person who is clean, respectful, and responsible.

I keep the house clean and organized. In fact the carpets were just steam cleaned for someone to move in.

You are able to move in immediately. Room is ready! I can provide you a fully furnished bedroom with dresser and queen size bed or it can be completely empty for you to bring your own furniture.

Rent includes all utilities (water, electric, trash, etc). Wireless internet is provided throughout the house as well.

I require a background check with a third party service, this costs $50. In addition I require a security deposit of $650 which is refunded unpon leaving the property and everything is left clean. I am flexible on breaking ups the security deposits into 2 payments or the course of 2 months if necessary.

Offering 6 month or longer lease terms.
