Great house in a great central location, easy access to ALL the major freeways, close to everything in San Diego. There are 5 hospitals within a 5 mile radius, 15 hospitals within 15 miles. The house is newly remodeled and meticulously maintained, all modern amenities, including laundry room. Bedroom is fully furnished with all new furniture and linens, and bathroom is shared only with visiting guests.

This is my house and home, and I take care of it very well. I am very clean, and expect my roomie to be as well. I am looking for a single adult, no children, no pets. Sorry, they don’t work well with cream colored furniture. The pets or the kids… ;-) I am a professional who works shifts, no smoking, no drugs, and not a partier.
