About the room
Carpeted room with walk-in closet available for a responsible roomie and well-behaved pet (with deposit). The house is large and spacious with a yard, hot tub, all appliances, in a neighborhood with a walking trail near major shopping centers and convenient to both 35 and MoPac.
About the roomies
The home is currently occupied by the owner and one roommate, both professional, responsible, friendly women. We both work and are gone from the home a lot, but when we are home we like to cook dinner on occasion, chat over wine, or watch a show on Netflix. Our ideal third roommate would also be a professional, responsible, gainfully-employed person. We prefer another woman, but a clean and conscientious man would be ok. Lease term is flexible, as is move-in date.
