This house is located in the beautiful Pioneer Crossing East neighborhood in Austin. It’s a short drive to the domain or downtown and right near tech ridge. The neighborhood has 2 pools, a dog park, walking trails and a playground.
This room Unit D, is on the ground floor the front bedroom with a great lighting to huge windows looking out into the front yard. The Room is 12 x 12, carpeted floor, easily accessible to the common rooms, kitchen and backyard. The bathroom is shared downstairs.
We have 3 people living in the house: Josh - Josh is very clean and responsible. He also has a cat who likes to stay in his room. Always a positive presence in the shared spaces. As well as being the Property Manager. Cael - Cael is very dedicated to his work and fun as well. If you ever get the chance to have a real conversation with him, it’s worth it. Alan - An awesome guy who’s also super friendly, Alan has dropped what he was doing multiple times to help me with various house projects.
