About the House: I’ve just built it and moved in only 2 weeks ago. I’ll be living downstairs in the Master with the 2 bedrooms for rent upstairs with a shared bathroom. The house is a 3 Bedroom, 2.5 Bathroom, Washer & Dryer included, Garage, Large backyard and all brand new appliances. Chic, comfy living room area downstairs and an upstairs loft! The entire upstairs space is just for you and the other tenant! Kitchen has lots of counter-space, brand new stainless steel appliances and a very large sink. I am still furnishing the common areas but it’s coming together! House has lots of cabinets and storage space, which will be great for 3 roommates.

Location: 3 min drive to Lake Pflugerville for kayaking, fishing, swimming, walking - 5 min drive to huge Stone Hill Town Center with movie theater, Best Buy, Target, Home Depot, tons of restaurants and shopping - 15-20 min drive to UT - 25-35 min drive to downtown (depending on traffic).

About You: Looking for a roommate to fill both rooms upstairs. Looking for a team player who is drama-free, like myself. Someone who can clearly and maturely communicate if / when conflicts arise in the house. Reasonable. Capable of cleaning up after yourself and contributing to keeping shared spaces clean. - No Pets Allowed. No Drugs (of any kind). Stable and Proof of employment.

Single female, lived in Austin all my life, this is my first house to own. I am very nice, accommodating and want you to have a great experience while living here. I stay very busy, between work, extra curricular’s and multiple side hustles, I am not home often. I have one friendly, very cuddly Border Collie mix, but she stays downstairs as to not be in your space (unless you prefer it).
