Forest Grove Boulevard

The palm harbor area is pretty quiet and safe, based on my experience since high school. The neighborhood does have kids that like to play outside and ride their bikes throughout. Plenty of options for grocery shopping and lots of restaurants within 5 to 10 mile radius. The ‘shared bathroom’ is only because it is used by guests. I normally don’t keep guests and if I do they are close enough family that they can use my bathroom. The bedroom is furnished with a bed and small vanity. There is a closet with a sliding door. I have three cats and a dog, so I’m not looking to have any extra animals in the house. Shared areas are the kitchen, dinning, and laundry nook.

There isn’t anyone else living with me at this time, I’m hoping to find a professional roommate that wouldn’t mind helping keep up around the house, by that I mean cleaning up after themselves. My ultimate goal is to keep the sink clear. Otherwise, I don’t mind hanging out in common areas with anyone and wouldn’t expect someone to make themselves ‘unknown’. My only other ask is not to have music playing too loudly as my office where I study is right next to the room that is to be rented. Thanks!
