The “Room” is more of an apartment studio style except inside of a house. It has it’s own kitchenette so you don’t have to worry about sharing fridges or stoves with others, you have your own private gated patio entry way, as well as your own bathroom and closet. The space is minutes away from hiking trails, bus stops, and local stores. Furnished is optional.

There’s two residents occupied on the lot currently. The gentlemen in the studio next door is a quiet, retired, fitness coach who is now a frequent traveler. The resident whose occupying the detachable guest house in the back is currently a postdoctoral student.
