I live in Iowa and our daughter was going to school in CA but is back in Iowa so the 14 X 11 master on suite is available. Large window with a quality shade in place completely repainted July 26. Large closet with massive storage space above has doors that can be reset (they were removed to lay new flooring and my daughter preferred open concept). The bathroom door is in the closet but can easily be reset (also removed for new flooring). Bathtub and tile surround replaced in 2021. Bedroom has ceiling fan. The room can be unfurnished or furnished with a queen Lucid platform bed, nightstands, and dresser. The room comes with a parking space. Condo has pool and hot tub access, high quality Kenmore washer/dryer in garage. Downstairs is a large living/dining area, breakfast nook, full kitchen. Nicely done patio. Bulding is secure with a call box for deliveries. Keyless entry upstairs and private access to condo from garage. Completely new HVAC unit was put in May 2021. Has a fireplace. Rent is $1600/mo with gas/electric/internet on top of that cost divided by the number of tenants leasing (currently 2), payable in arrears each month within 5 days of receipt of an email from me which contains total costs and invoices. HOA fees are included in rent costs and includes water and garbage pick up. Rent is payable the first day of the month. Both rent and utilities payable by Venmo. There is currently room in the living/dining room for furniture. Current couches can be removed by the city if not needed. Other chairs, end tables, lamps, buffet, TV stand can be used. If not needed, I will remove This lease will run through and end April 15, 2023, and will not be renewed. I require previous rental and employment history.

There are two females sharing a bedroom and bath with an additional bedroom being used currently as storage. The remaining square footage is for everyone with a 1/2 bath downstairs near the patio. Everyone is gone most of the day M-F. Condo is a total of 1432 sq feet.
