Quiet home, not a party place. Occasional guests are fine. One friendly cat lives here (no additional pets preferred).

Just me living here. I work early mornings (Mon–Thu 6am–4:30pm), so weekdays are quiet. I’m pretty introverted — usually gaming or watching TV in the evenings.

I keep shared spaces clean and use the dishwasher regularly. I cook mostly on weekends. I’ll have my 4-year-old daughter over on Saturdays, so looking for someone comfortable with that.

Ideally someone respectful, communicative, and easy to live with.
