An opportunity to live in an 1890 Queen Anne Folk Victorian in a nice section of Pasadena. This cozy room has been used as a film location for several music videos as well as a full feature film. There is a shared kitchen on the second floor and this room does have its own bathroom and has a window AC for those hot summer days. Unfortunately, I cannot offer any off street parking, but there is plenty of street parking.
My Wife and live on the bottom unit of the duplex. There are three bedrooms on the second floor that we rent out. The one you’re looking at is one and there are two other bedrooms lived in by females. There is a studio on the third floor that is lived in by a couple. All the tenants are super private and quiet and they hardly ever seem like they live in the house. They are respectful and wonderful people, each with their own bedrooms and they share the bathroom in the hallway.
