About the room
This home is currently being remodeled and is located in Richmond West. There are two bedrooms you can choose from. Both are the same size but one has a window.
The rooms are furnished but can easily be unfurnished. The bedroom also comes with its own bathroom and shower. You have full access to the entire house.
Electric, water and internet bill split 50/50. (Approximately $50 a month during winter months; Up to $100 a month during summer months.
About the roomies
I am a professional who lives in Phoenix. I am in Miami for about two weeks every 3 months, so I am looking for someone to watch over the property when Iām not there. I have a female roommate in Phoenix who watches my property there. Her contact info can be provided to any potential roommate as a reference.
